- POS 10: Telehealth provided in patient’s home.
- Modifier 95: Synchronous telemedicine service (real-time audio/video).
Billable Services
- E/M Visits: 99202-99215 allowed via telehealth.
- Therapy Codes: Some 97xxx codes allowed via telehealth if interactive communication is used.
- Injections: Cannot be performed via telehealth.
Documentation
